DebiCheck

Overview

DebiCheck is a type of debit order mandate that is confirmed by the client with the bank, electronically and on a once-off basis (at the start of a new contract, or when information regarding debit order details changes), before the creditor can process monthly debit orders.

DebiCheck collections are also processed in the early processing window, meaning that DebiCheck collections are prioritised over EFT collections.

This service allows you to:

  • Initiate a mandate request for the debtor to accept (authenticate) so that a collection to the debtor can be processed
  • Initiate an amendment to a registered mandate
  • Request the cancellation of an active mandate and/or a mandate awaiting activation and/or a mandate amendment that is in progress
  • Receive a mandate acceptance report that will inform you of the acceptance, rejection or expiry of the mandate registration request
  • Receive a mandate status report that will inform you of the outcome of the Bank validations
  • Process the collection of funds from the debtor's to the creditor's Bank account

 

EFT Collections

Overview

EFT Collections gives you the ability to make electronic collections from your clients' accounts.

This service allows you to:

  • Request to collect funds from your customers account in terms of authority or mandate granted by the customer to you

 

EFT Payments

Overview

EFT Payments gives you the ability to make electronic payments and transfers to another account.

This service allows you to:

  • Request to make an electronic payment to a beneficiary
  • Request to make an electronic payment from one of your accounts to another of your accounts

 

3rd Party Investment Manager (3PIM)

Overview

3rd Party Investment Manager (3PIM) is an online system that allows you to independently invest and manage your clients' money into a range of investment accounts

This service allows you to:

  • Request a payment to and from 3PIM accounts
  • Receive the status of a 3PIM Payment instruction sent to the bank

 

Proof of Payments

Overview

Proof of Payments provides confirmations for all successful payments processed by the bank.

This service allows you to:

  • Request a Proof of Payment through a payment instruction
  • Regenerate a Proof of Payment

 

Transaction History

Overview

Transaction history gives you access to the client's account transaction details.

This service allows you to:

  • Retrieve a summary of your account transactions over a set period using parameters such as Account number, From date and To Date

 

Transaction Codes (Trancode) List Push Message

Overview

Transaction Code Push Message gives you the ability to receive a list of internal transaction codes that are displayed on a bank statement, so that one can identity the type of transaction being reported.

This service allows you to:

  • Receive, every 5th day of the month, a list of internal transaction code information which includes the transaction code description.

 

Global Recipient List Push Message

Overview

Global Recipients Push Message gives you the ability to receive a global list of public recipients who banking details with their related branch, account number and account type information.

This service allows you to:

  • Receive, every 5th day of the month, a list of global public recipients' information which includes the public recipient's unique identifier, recipient name and branch code.
