How to send eWallet payments

How to send single eWallet payments

  1. After logging onto online banking, select the 'Payments' tab, 'Create + Maintain' tab, '+Add' button, and the 'Once Off' option.
  2. Fill in payment details and select 'Continue'.
  3. Fill in recipient details and select 'Save & Exit'.
  4. Select 'Submit' to authorise.
  5. Review and select 'Authorise'.
  6. Select 'Accept' for execution of payment.
  7. Select 'Finish'.

How to send Mulitple eWallet payments

  1. After logging onto Online Banking, select the 'Payments tab', 'Create + Maintain' tab, '+Add' button, and the 'From Folder' option.
  2. Fill in payment details and select 'Continue'.
  3. Always select .csv import file type.
  4. Import and fill in file details and select 'Continue' (Note: always select 'No' in order to see which files are invalid).
  5. Validate details, download results file to your inbox/email and Select 'Finish'.
  6. Select 'Submit' to authorise.
  7. Review and select 'Authorise'.
  8. Select 'Accept' for execution of payment.
  9. Select 'Finish'.
