What the Mini ATM offers me:
- An easy way to access your business account
- It is small and sits on top of an FNB branded display stand
- It offers convenience of having cash in-store, which will increase customer satisfaction
- It accepts all card types, except for international cards
- The use of Mini ATM facilities is offered to cardholders at a lower rate than ATM facilities
- Retailers will receive commission for airtime sold via the Mini ATM
What this allows me to do:
- You'll be capable of performing 3 essential functions - withdrawals, balance enquiry and Prepaid Airtime* purchases
- You'll experience increased traffic through the store, before customers may have gone elsewhere to draw cash and spend it
- You'll also see increased turnover, a percentage of the cash dispensed will be spent in store
- You'll save on cash deposit fees, as money paid out is deposited electronically into the retailer's account
- You will receive rebates for successful withdrawals made at the Mini ATM

- Complete the application form
Qualifying criteria
- Retailers must satisfy a number of basic conditions
- You must complete an application form
- The branch handling the application will visit the site to ensure that it meets with the preliminary requirements
- The application form will be submitted to the Regional Office and then Head Office for approval
- Pre-installation then begins followed by the installation process
- The entire process takes around one month to complete
